Ordering Your Cushions by Mail Order
To Get A Rough Quote to Make Cushions (RV cushions, or household)

Send us the sizes (width, Length, and thickness) and quantity of your cushions. Unless otherwise stated, all prices will be for standard square or rectangular cushions. (We also make other shapes.)

If you have a digital camera, please also send pictures of your current cushions. If you don't have the old cushions, then please send us pictures of the space the cushions will fit into.

Next we'd send you an estimated cost.
To Get the Actual Price For Your Cushions

After completing the above first section, next go to the RV Fabrics page OR the Lower Cost RV Fabrics Page and chose a fabric (we recommend choosing both a first and second choice).If you don't like any of those fabrics, you can choose any of the fabrics on our website. Start at the top menu.

Once you have selected a fabric, you can request fabric samples from the fabric company or we can have sample(s) sent to you for your inspection.

Once you have decided upon a fabric(s), we'll check with the fabric supplier (to verify that they have it in stock and to verify the current price.)

We'll give the prices and estimated completion times. (for more information about completion dates, read the FAQ's page.
To Place An Order

When you are ready to place the order, we’d send you a work order with all the prices, except for cost shipping the finished cushions to you.

You would sign the work order and send it back to us with a 1/2 deposit.

Payment methods: We are a small shop and are not set up to accept credit or debit cards.

Recommended method is by cashier's check or money order.

When we receive the payment we then put you on our job schedule and order the fabric.

When the fabric arrives we would put it on our shelves until we are ready to do your project.

When your job comes up in line we make your cushions.
When Your Job is Finished

When the job is finished we take pictures of the finished cushions.

The cushions are then packaged and taken it to the nearby shipping store to get price(s) for normal land based shipping charges. (If you want the cushions shipped by a faster method, we can also get a price on that method for your approval.)

The final bill is made out, including packaging and shipping charges.

Then we send that final bill, including a link to the pictures of the finished product.

You would then send us the final payment by cashier’s check or money order.

Once we receive the final payment we would ship the cushion covers to you.

Mail Order Cushions, Choices
Cushion Covers Only
We make the cushion covers to your measurements.
- You choose the fabrics from our fabric pages.
- We will have the fabric company send you fabric sample(s) for you to verify and inspect the fabric.
- When you have the fabric chosen, and have agreed to the price, we make out a Work Order and email it to you. Look it over and verify sizes and specifications. If everything is OK, you would sign the Work Order and send it to us with a 1/2 deposit by certified check or money order.
- When we receive the signed Work Order and the deposit, we order the fabric from our suppliers. We also put your job in place at the bottom of our Job Schedule.
- When we receive your fabric we put it on our shelves until we are ready to do your job. We also notify you that we have received your materials.
- When we work through the jobs that are in front of your job, we do your job.
- When we are finished with the job, we package and weigh the job and get a shipping cost.
- We email you pictures and the final bill.
- You would send us final payment by certified check or money order.
- When we receive payment we have the cushion covers sent to you.
Complete Cushions.
We will make cushions to your measurements.
- You choose the fabrics from our fabric pages.
- We will have the fabric company send you fabric sample(s) for you to verify and inspect the fabric.
- You choose the quality of foam that you want. Foam comes in a selection of densities and firmnesses. For our purposes, to make selection simpler, we will specify basically three choices:
- Low Quality Foam - not recommended for moderate or heavy use. suggested only for very light use, when cost is an issue. Will break down if used frequently.
- Medium Quality Foam - For moderate use (i.e. camping a couple weeks per year)This is the typical RV usage.
- High Quality Foam - For everyday use, such as when someone is living full time in their RV. This high quality foam will hold up for many years of daily use.
- Low Quality Foam - not recommended for moderate or heavy use. suggested only for very light use, when cost is an issue. Will break down if used frequently.
