What are the various fees for?
Administration Fee: The administration fee goes toward helping paying for all the upkeep of our office, and time spent with the clients. Whether you have a very large job or a very small job there is a certain amount of time spent in answering the phone, answering questions, making out estimates and work orders, doing the bookkeeping, doing taxes, etc. This is all part of the costs of being in business. In addition, there are a lot of details to each order, checking stock, ordering the fabric. The administration part of each job takes quite a bit of our time that could be spent out in the shop working. The small administration fee does not cover that amount of time needed to work with the client and to keep all the details straight. But it does help.
